Our mission is to advance mental wellness for the people of Texas as a strategic grantmaker and catalyst for change. Our motto, “Advancing recovery and wellness in Texas,” conveys our strong belief that, with the appropriate services and supports, people can and do recover from mental illness and lead productive and fulfilling lives.
