Permanent URI for this collectionhttps://hdl.handle.net/2152/22843

This collection is an archive from the fall 2013 course Performing Justice taught by Wura-Natasha Ogunji and developed by the Institute for Performing Justice as a signature course of the Embrey Critical Human Rights Initiative at the Center for Women’s and Gender Studies. Through performance art students visualized and challenged systems and acts of oppression—including those based on race, gender, sexuality, ability, age, and class—in order to create meaningful social change. Student archives include models, practices, research and performance documentation focused on justice and other core questions which arised during the course.
