dc.description.abstractThis thesis examines the effects of rephrasing on disputants' task frames, emotional frames, and relational frames, and their satisfaction with the conflict management process. Findings did not reflect significant effects of rephrasing on these conflict frames or satisfaction. Finally, Implications for both future studies and conflict management training are summarized.en_US
