| dc.description | Access copy of .SIT file initially migrated from the "Log Drive" computer. Archivists used StuffIt Expander in Mac OSX to uncompress the .SIT file, and then re-compressed the resulting directory into a .TAR file. An error occurred during the uncompressing in Mac OSX, but most if not all of the files appear to be accessible. Refer to the original .SIT file for future attempts to more successfully convert the initial migration. The files on the Log Drive consist primarily of logs and descriptions of the documentary footage created in the process of Brazos Productions' production of documentaries related to the history of naval warfare.
