This is an email sent by Raul Montenegro in which he sends a copy of a presentation he made before the court "Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Córdoba" (Superior Court of Justice of Cordoba) in which he argues in favor of the constitutionality of the Provincial Law number 9526. This provincial law apparently prohibits open pit mining of uranium and thorium.
