It is a resolution recommending a new sewage treatment plant be built, that decontamination of the riverbed and shores of the Miraflores River be carried out, that the business “Empresa Agua de los Andes S.A.” guarantee the provision of potable water, that the Superintendent of Public Services (SU.SE.PU.) order that business to do its job properly, that the Provincial Ministry of Health of Jujuy take appropriate measures to protect the health of Abra Pampa’s inhabitants, that copies of the working documentation of “Actuación No. 00627/05” be sent to the President of the Provincial Legislature and to the President of the Provincial Legislature’s Commission on Ecology, Natural Resources, and Human Environment, that the appropriate people be notified of this Resolution, and that that this Resolution be registered, published, and added to the Annual Report of the Legislature.
