This twelve-page document is a letter from Dr. Miguel Ángel Guerrero to Dr. Luis Alen, the Subsecretary for the Protection of Human Rights (Subsecretario de Protección de Derechos Humanos) in response to a request for information about Abra Pampa and the environmental remediation work going on there. It contains a timeline of that environmental clean-up from 2001 to 2012. It is on letterhead which reads Ministerio de Planificación Federal, Inversión Pública y Servicios Secretaría de Minería (Ministry of Federal Planning, Public Investment and Services Secretary of Mining).
