This six-page document is a letter from INQA, the applied chemistry investigation of the National University of Jujuy, to Dr. Mónica Laura Medardi, the Legal and Technical Secretary of the same university. It is marked as a photocopy and was apparently mailed, because it is also stamped as “received” by the legal and technical office at the university, and also stamped by the National Ombudsman’s office (Defensor del Pueblo). Certain sections have been underlined, and there are handwritten notes in the margin. It appears to be a cover letter to accompany the delivery of the completed report by INQA. It also includes a series of steps taken in this study and the dates on which they happened during 2006 and 2007. It may be missing pages.
