This is an email chain containing two emails. A student from the Human Rights Clinic at the University of Texas at Austin, Matthew Wooten, writes to Viviana Figueroa, an attorney for the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and President of the Juventud Indígena Argentina (Indigenous Youth of Argentina). Wooten was referred by Leonardo Crippa of the Indian Law Research Center, asking for to speak to her about the problems in Abra Pampa in order to get the perspective of the Juventud Indígena Argentina. She responds, giving him her mobile phone number in order to plan a meeting. He writes to her again several weeks later to ask if they can speak by phone or skype.
