| dc.description.abstract | The U.S.-Mexico relationship has been rocky for some time, and there is little doubt that the current recession has made matters worse. The relationship between the two countries has been strained by competition for jobs, infrastructure issues, security concerns, and a general misunderstanding of the value of the relationship.
