Description
Published by the “Centro CFI Jujuy,” in which CFI stands for “Consejo Federal de Inversiones” (or Federal Council of Investments), this article, although undated, was probably published around June 10, 2009. It describes the signing of an agreement between the Province of Jujuy and the “Instituto Nacional de seguridad Social para los Jubilados y Pensionados” or PAMI for the construction of a new hospital in Abra Pampa. The hospital is called Nuestra Señora del Rosario and the agreement calls for and investment of 4.5 million pesos. Walter Barrionuevo, Governor of the province, the Vice-Governor Pedro Segura, and Dr. Luciano di Cesare, the director of PAMI, were present. Dr. Victor Urbani, Minister of Health, and Dr. Fernando Frías, Minister of Infrastructure and Planning, were also present at the signing, among others. The Governor also announced that the industrial waste in Abra Pampa would be removed by Christmas. The article also includes technical information about the construction.
