Description

Letter and study of the contamination due to lead in Abra Pampa, Argentina. Letter is from Dr. Marcelo Daniel Bellone, Secretary of Planning in Politics and Health Regulations, and is addressed to Luis Hipolito Alen, Subsecretary of Protection of Human Rights. The letter is dated February 24, 2010. The letter notes that the 200 children tested in the study is not large enough to be statistically significant. The study itself is done by the Ministry of Health in Jujuy Province. It is entitled "Contaminación Por Plomo En Abra Pampa". Those responsible for the study are Carlos Miguel Ripoll, Sara Barberis, Fernanda Hadad, and Karina Balbuena.
