Description
This letter from the Human Rights Clinic at the University of Texas at Austin, School of Law, requests information from the Government of the Province of Jujuy, Argentina regarding Abra Pampa. A stamp shows that it was received by the Ministry of Production and Environment on March 18, 2011. It lists 13 documents and data and then lists eight more items that had been requested in April 2009 which were never received. The letter is signed by Ariel Dulitzky, (the Clinic director) as well as Leticia Aparicio-Soriano, and Jessica Osorio (law students in the Clinic). A handwritten note at the top of the letter says, in Spanish, “03/29/11, Pass to the Sec. of Environmental Management.”
