Description
Corder thanks Brice for his latest report on Scripta Minoa III work. He intends to present this to the Executive Committee. Also included in this letter is an attachment of Bennett's criticism on Scripta Minoa III. It was likely authored by William C. Brice. Bennett recommends suspension of publishing the project due to inaccuracies of the original efforts and collection of the existant materials. It covers a variety of editorial problems, including mentions of individuals like Myres, Carratelli, Alice Kober, John Myres. The report concludes with four solutions to the problem, ranging from proceeding publication as is, suspending publication, excluding material (like that of Hagia Triada).
