The Importance of Language: Analyzing the Rhetoric of Human Rights Groups in Mexico

This thesis seeks to demonstrate how through the use of philosophical theories of language that are centered around pragmatics and grassroots organizations, governmental institutions could better their engagement in the discourse of human rights in Mexico.
