Description

Radford writes personally to clarify the reasons behind the cancelation of Scripta Minoa III. Those reasons, he describes, are cost-benefits, the time required by the press to arrange the material, the timing of Caratelli's own volume of Linear A material, and that the material and research may appear immediately outdated immediately which would tarnish the memory of Evans and Myres. Radford expresses his regrets, given Brice's work on the project as Editor.
