Disk image of a floppy disk containing approximately thirty-one files dating from January and February 1991. These documents include letters addressed to government officials, such as John Glenn, Alan Simpson, and John Sununu, regarding the threat of terrorists using truck bombs to attack nuclear power plants, and the Nuclear Control Institute's work with the Committee to Bridge the Gap.
