Disk image of a floppy disk containing approximately forty-four files dating from 1990 and 1991. These documents include press releases written by Deborah Holland, titled "54 Diplomats, Scientists and Other Experts Ask Bush and Gorbachev to 'Grasp Opportunity' to Halt Nuclear Materials Production for Weapons" and "GAO Report Makes Clear DOE's Phony Tritium Crisis"; correspondence addressed to government officials, including letters to President George H. Bush and U.S.S.R. President Mikhail S. Gorbachev from May 1990; and comments from Dr. Milton M. Hoenig, Scientific Director of the NCI, on the Department of Energy's Draft 'Environmental Impact' Statement for Continued Operation at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, South Carolina.
