This is a one-page letter to Anjela Jenkins, Sarah Valdés and Ariel Dulitzky of the Human Rights Clinic at the University of Texas School of Law from Stella Perez de Bianchi of the National University of Salta (Universidad Nacional de Salta) in Argentina.
