He received his master of arts degree from Bucknell and the honorary doc­ tor of laws degree from the O kla­ homa Baptist University. F o r five years he was alumni secretary and director of ath­ letics at Broaddus, and during this time handled the college’s public­ ity. In 1927, after completing his master’s work at Bucknell, he w ent to the Oklahoma institution, where he stayed for two years. Noted Psychologist To Teach Here Dr. K a rl Buehler, form erly pro­ fessor of psychology at the U n i­ versity of Vienna, w ill teach two courses in psychology during the second term of the summer ses­ sion. Dr. Buehler w ill o ffe r a seminar in the psychology of languages which will he open to advanced students in psychology, education, and related fields, H e will also teach an advanced course in gen­ eral psychology. Although his immediate inter­ est is the psychology of languages, Dr. Bueh ler’* field includes also theoretical psychology and child psychology. His w ife, Charlotte Buehler, is recognized as a child psychologist. Dr. Buehler holds a doctor of medicine degree from Freiburg, a doctor of philosophy degree from Strassburg, and an honorary doc­ to r’s degree from W itten b u rg Col­ lege.
