Description
This is an email chain of four messages beginning with an email from Human Rights Clinic students to Michael Collins of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB or, in Spanish, BID). Attached to the email is a letter requesting information, a copy of a letter sent to the Argentinian Secretary of Mining, and photographs of contamination in Abra Pampa taken in April 2011. Over a month later, the IDB responds, saying that they are looking into what information they can send.
