Description
This study evaluates the Lower Colorado River Authority's pollution prevention program. The evaluation was conducted during the 1995-96 academic year under the direction of Professor David J. Eaton and Adjunct Assistant Professor Jobaid Kabir. Funding for this project was provided by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Hogg Fund for Urban Research. The Lower Colorado River Authority provided in-kind assistance.
