Description
This report focuses on nonprofit advocacy organizations. Such organizations have contributed substantially to the expansion of individual rights and American social policy, yet they rarely have been studied as a separate class. This report attempts partially to redress this neglect. The project, conducted during academic year 2004-2005, was funded by the LBJ School's RGK Center for Philanthropy and Community Service.
