This nine-page document shows the results of tap water and soil samples from Abra Pampa, Argentina. Each page of test results is signed by Oscar Minolli, biochemist and specialist in environmental engineering. The first page is the results of a tap water test, showing the concentration of antimony, arsenic, zinc, and lead. Pages 2-7 show soil sample test results. These tests show the amount of humidity, antimony, arsenic, zinc, lead, and cadmium. Samples were taken in August and September of 2007. Location of where the soil samples were taken are described using street names and geographic coordinates. Page 8 contains only the title, "Anexo No. 1, Certificado de Gestión de Calidad" (Attachment #1, Certificate of Quality Management). Page 9 is probably that certificate, but is mostly illegible.
