Description
Gustavo Meoño Brenner was the director of Fundación Rigoberta Menchú Tum in Guatemala and Mexico (1994–2005); coordinator of the Guatemalan National Police Historical Archive (AHPN) (2005–2018); and, since 2019, is coordinator of Área de Memoria y Derechos Humanos de Fundación para la Democracia de Rosario, Argentina. He presents the second day opening remarks on the Guatemalan National Police Historical Archive (AHPN).
