High throughput methods for measuring TCR-pMHC affinity and specificity

T cells are a crucial component of the human immune response. I developed two technology platforms that enable high-throughput measurement of TCR-pMHC affinity, sequence, and specificity from human T cells ex-vivo. I use these technologies to define the importance of TCR affinity, changes in the T cell repertoire with age, and properties of the cross-reactive T cell repertoire for cancer neoantigens.
