Description

Disk image of a floppy disk containing two text documents. One file, ANTIPU.D16, is a concept paper by the Anti-Plutonium Coalition, which formed to defeat the MOX (mixed oxide) program in Japan and shut down the international plutonium industry. The coalition consists of NCI, Green Action, and Greenpeace. The other document is unreadable.
