Description

This study reports the findings of a policy research project conducted at the School during 1979-1980 on issues of concern to the Texas Energy and Natural Resources Advisory Council (TENRAC). Funded by the Ford Foundation Program in Policy Analysis for State Environmental Management, the report reviews and makes recommendations on such issues as gasoline rationing, nuclear waste disposal, the Crude Oil Windfall Profit Tax of 1980, and residential energy conservation programs.
