This is an email chain containing three emails between a student of the Human Rights Clinic at the University of Texas at Austin, Mattew Wooten, and Dr. Graciela Bovi Mitre. Wooten sends her photographs from Abra Pampa, taken in November 2008, and asks to read a summary of her study. She writes back and promises to send him a summary of her study. He writes again a few weeks later to ask her about her report on INQA (Grupo de Investigación de Química Aplica, or Applied Chemical Investigation Group), which is probably the same study they discussed earlier.
