Abstract
The purpose o f this report i s t o gather information related to labor utilization problems in t he citrus harvest. Most of the problems affecting the citrus harvest reflect problems common to all of agriculture in the Valley . Therefore, the analysis includes factors affecting the agricultural labor market in general.
