Disk image of a floppy disk containing five text files. These include a letter from Paul Leventhal to Ambassador Miguel Marin Bosch of the Mission of Mexico to the Conference on Disarmament, advocating that the NPT (Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons) should be extended. There is also a letter to the John D. & Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, requesting continued funding of the NCI, and several papers discussing relations between the U.S. and EURATOM (The European Atomic Energy Community).
