Description
This two-page document is on the letterhead of the “Block of Deputies of the Radical Civic Union, Legislature of Jujuy” and is entitled, “Request for Reports Project.” The first page, addressed to the President and Deputies, (possibly of the Legislature of the Province of Jujuy) and signed by Pablo Baca, introduces the issue of contamination in Abra Pampa and calls for Deputies to work together. The second page states that the Provincial Executive and the corresponding authorities should turn over to the Legislature of Jujuy a report within 30 days, and then lists the information to be part of the report. The list includes all kinds of information about the clean-up plan for Abra Pampa, toxicology studies, medical treatment and education for the inhabitants of Abra Pampa, and the current state of operations. This second page is signed by eleven Provincial Deputies.
