    Description
This paper focuses on the constraints placed on women through the use of the word “nice.” Various examples are proposed and explored to demonstrate the negative effects on women’s identities and the endangerment of their positions in power. Additionally, it illustrates how women have used this term to empower themselves, combatting stereotypes and prejudices.
