dc.descriptionThe purpose of this investigation is to determine in as accurate way as possible the relations that exist, if such relations do exist, between the quantitative and qualitative mineral content and resistance to pressures of rocks taken from the foundation of the Hamilton Ham; to devise means of expressing these relations; and to furnish suggestions for the pursuit of future investigations of these relations.
