Description
This document fulfills three objectives. First, as the title indicates, it is a report on the pre–Oligocene geological history of Cuba, describing events prior to and including the Cuban orogeny, which culminated in Middle Eocene time. Second, it completes the industry sponsored project originally titled “Investigations into the Geology of Cuba.” Lastly, it is an experiment in publishing complex geological information in an alternative and somewhat atypical format, that of the poster.
