Application of effective instruction and strategies to early childhood education : focusing on minority children learning English as a second language

The purpose of this paper is to the application of effective instruction and strategies for early childhood educators dealing with limited-English-speaking children learning English as a second language. This report aims to review the existing literature to identify some best ways to instruct language minority children in the early childhood educational settings learning English as a second language. The effective instructions and strategies should be planned with a thorough understanding of the difficulties of these children encounter in school. In order to meet the goal of both teachers' and young minority children's goals, there should be opportunities for reciprocal communication with each other.
