    Abstract
This thesis report describes a method for measuring frequency-dependent parameters of RG59/U cable parameters by using Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) measurements and demonstrates that TDR measurements have practical use for identifying cable parameters. The frequency-dependent parameters are resistance, inductance, conductance, and capacitance (R(f), L(f), G(f), and C(f), respectively). The RG59/U cable is used by the military for use with security cameras.
