    Description
This Policy Research Project was conducted during the 2005-2006 academic year with funding from the St. David's Community Health Foundation. The project examined initiatives that might have the effect of reducing the cost of uncompensated inpatient care while also improving health status in the greater Austin area. This volume includes both the technical papers that the project developed as well as the proceedings of the conference on this topic that the class organized, which was held at the LBJ School on March 24, 2006.
