This study describes and analyzes the implementation of the National Health Planning and Resource Development Act in three states as of spring 1978. The report was produced as part of a policy research project conducted at the School during 1977-78 under contract with the Region VI Office of the Public Health Service, Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. Additional funding for the publication was provided by the Lyndon Baines Johnson Foundation.
