This document is a copy of other documents with similar names. This includes page 1 and pages 5-8 out of 12. It is the results from laboratory tests of tap water and soil from various places in Abra Pampa. It is on letterhead reading "Ingeniería Laboral y Ambiental S.A., División Ingeniería Ambiental" ("Occupational and Environmental Engineering S.A., Environmental Engineering Division" in English). It seems to report testing mostly for antimony, arsenic, zinc, and lead, but also includes information on tests for cadmium. Testing was done with a spectrometer. The document is signed by Oscar Minolli, "Especialista Universitario en Ingeniería Ambiental" (Specialist Degree in Environmental Engineering).
