This thirteen-page document is a request for an injunction making reference to Law 4399, Article 12. It also requests “Habilitación de dias y horas.” It was written by Dr. Monica Beatríz Torres, Attorney General of the Province of Jujuy, with the State Prosecutor’s office (Fiscalía de Estado). It makes reference to multiple provincial and national laws. The injunction seems to be against the Metal Huasi company, which owned the former foundry in Abra Pampa.
