Description

This is a letter faxed to Mr. Ariel Machaca, the Mayor of Abra Pampa, Argentina, together with a fax coversheet, and the fax transmission report confirming that it went through. The letter explains the work of the Human Rights Clinic at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law on the subject of industrial contamination in Abra Pampa, then requests a meeting with the Mayor on the afternoon of April 30, 2009. The letter is signed by Matthew Wooten, a student in the Human Rights Clinic, and Professor Ariel Dulitzky, director of the Clinic.
