Description
This is a template for requests for documents or information from the government of Argentina. It is in Spanish and the only date is the year: 2011. Without names or offices, it is simply addressed to “Ministry/Address/Secretariat.” It makes reference to the National Constitution of Argentina’s Articles 1, 14, and 75 paragraph 22, as well as Article 13 of the American Convention on Human Rights and Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and Article 19 of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights.
