    Description
This one page memo references “Actuación No. 1678/07” and says that there has been a small advance in the cleanup effort. It states that in relation to Article 1, (Sanitary Assistance Program) the testing of people’s blood is moving forward, but highlights that less than a third of the population of Abra Pampa has been tested. In relation to Article 2 (that the toxic residue be appropriately isolated until it is removed) there is less progress. The enclosure where they keep the residue has no roof, and the bagging of the residue is not done in a way recommended by the experts. Houses nearby were not washed. The fence around the enclosure is open in several places, and the warning signs have been removed from the area.
