Letter from Dr. Romina Picolotti, Secretary of Environment and Sustainable Development of the Argentine government, to Dr. Horacio Esber, Director of Social Rights with the office of the Defender of the People of the Nation (Defensor del Pueblo de la Nación) with an attached technical report. The letter makes reference to Dr. Esber's note #0009290 and the judicial resolution (Actuación) # 1678/07. The technical report is from the Secretary of Environment and Sustainable Development of the Nation and is signed by Alejo Gutiérrez Viñuales of the technical team UGAAM. Also involved in the production of the report were engineers Christian Videla Oporto and Ricardo Daniel Guevara Martínez. The technical report includes a list of actions to be taken in the future and a timeline of work already done. It also has portions underlined and handwritten notes.
