The Harriet Tubman Collective (HTC) is a Texas-based non-profit; it takes its name from the antebellum woman who “stole herself” to become an abolitionist leading the enslaved to freedom through the underground railroad. HTC develops projects that support antiviolence initiatives and progressive sustainable communities.
