Item The value of service in the Library and Information Science curriculum(2004-12-18) Miranda-Murillo, Diana; Dillon, AndrewThis exploratory study examined the value of service, which has been implicitly present in the field for decades and is recognized as one of the pillars of the profession. However it seems that there is not a universal approach to it and it looks like it is taught inconsistently in LIS curriculum in the United States.
