Mr. President: 
Connnunism is not being halted in North Viet-Nam or in Communist China. If the United States crushes Russia, all forms of connnunism will be finished and the world will experience an era of peace, tranquillity, prosperity, and lasting well-being. 
Russia, if it has the opportunity, will destroy the United States and then mankind will have chaos, misery, hunger, and despair. 
Your Excellency holds in your hands the salvation of the world, and in order to save it Russia must be eliminated. There is no other solution. 
I am a humble clerk in the municipal government of Espejo, Cordoba, in Spain. We all earn enough to live thanks to our unconquerable Caudillo, Generalissimo Franco, and his Government, for with all this prosperity that the Spanish enjoy, they look more to Soviet Russia than to the United States. Excellency, I apologize for my boldness. This is not advice that you need. I pray every day that the Almighty may enlighten you so that you will have the greatest success in saving the world, and
