Complete perform­ance instructions are listed below. Organizations shall not repeat any number used by that group in any Competition-Festival during the preceding three years. Soloists and Ensembles shall conform to repetition regulations outlined in Rules 24c and 33d of the Music Rules. Soloists may not use any selection previously used in competition. Any organization or individual which fails to comply with the performance instructions shall be prohibited from entering the competition. If either fails to conform to the requirements after entry has been approved, judges shall be instructed to withhold ratings.
