for Civil Air Tra1111port Agreement 
Negotiations with Czechoslovakia for an air transportservices agreement are scheduled to begin in Prague on April 4. A new agreement, when reached, would up-date and replace the 1946 air transport agreement. 
The United States had originally proposed that the talks be held last November, but when the Czechs counte~ro­posed a later, unacceptable date, it was agreed to defer the talks until "early 1967." We ubaeciuently def rred setting a new date until satisfactory resolution of the IC&zan-I<amarek incident. ·
